Nice flavor, but mild. It could have used more "zip." I'm not sure I'll make it again. If I did, I'd have to figure out what to add for zip and I don't want to go to all that trouble since I'm not sure what that would be.

I would like to make a suggestion. If you’d like a little more heat, I would suggest chopping a jalapeño or two and add it to the recipe to give you that zip you want.
