These sounded refreshing and tasty but in reality it's just a lot of cucumber to eat at once. And I really like cucumber. Everybody ate theirs, but nobody went for seconds. I also must've overfilled them because I ran out of filling before I ran out of cucumbers but I had used extra chicken. The filling would be good in a wrap with lettuce. But I won't be trying any more cucumber boats in the future.
