What did you use as a substitute for the single cream? My boyfriend and I made it and it was very creamy.

Kiley, I didn't really know what "single cream" is but I used heavy whipping cream. Maybe I just didn't add enough.

Maybe, we added a bit extra because we like things very creamy. Also single cream is a UK product, heavy whipping cream is the best alternative.
