The freshness of the ingredients is what makes this dish. I had some really good luck with my capsicums and corn, they were really sweet and fresh. Perfectly balanced out the tartness of the lime dressing. I was a bit worried about how strong the lime taste was but it worked really well.
Can't go too hard with the spices. I definitely will add more the next time I make this.
