The flavors were good but I would execute a bit differently the next time around. The tomatoes were pretty big and raw next to everything else on the plate so I would quarter those and maybe throw them in at the same time as the onions. Also this might help release a little more juice because the plate was a bit dry. White wine or more olive oil and lemon might help too.
Lastly my mistake, but make sure when you remove the fish and set aside that it’s definitely cooked through. There’s no later step where you return the fish to the pan to finish cooking, as I had originally thought.
