It's pretty good; it definitely all comes together with the salsa. I used pink pineapple since that was both ripe and available at my market. I think next time I might increase the marinade; I just don't think it's enough for the quantity of chicken, so the chicken itself was generally bland. I may also cook in the oven next time to simplify the process since it's a lot of chicken. Definitely will do again.
