My new go-to energy bar recipe! Will be making variations of this for a long time.
I made it without any of the optional ingredients. I don’t have a processor, so I microwaved and mashed 1 cup dates with 1/4 cup water. I also added the peanut butter and honey in cold, which worked fine for me. Quite sticky & sweet, could use more oats/nuts & peanut butter to balance it out
