These were delicious!! I recommend cooling the bolognese sauce for a bit before you attempt to roll up the croquettes as we had some trouble trying to get them to stay together. I would also recommend making sure you mash up the potatoes very fine and to use plenty of corn starch for the dough. Overall this was so fun to make and came out delicious even though we had some slight difficulties. And obviously they were SUPER SEXXYYY 💕💕💕
