Way too much pepper! I would reduce the pepper to 1 tsp. I doubled the butter, cream and Parmesan and replaced the white wine with 1/2 tsp chicken better than bouillon mixed with 1/4 cup hot water. Next time I will omit the water and just add the bouillon to the cream/butter sauce. I also left out the white pepper. I added the Zoodles and red pepper flakes at the same time. When they were cooked I put the previously cooked shrimp in with the parsley.
