Uh I basically ignore the recipe except for the concepts:
- Cook the shells
- Put a layer of tomato sauce down in the pan before baking
- Stuffing is anything: I've done spinach + impossible meat + tomato sauce as well as I'm sure you could do ricotta and cheese
- Don't forget to melt cheese on top if you can...
