I used Boursin, and would prefer a slightly more liquid sauce. Next time, I'll probably add some milk or cream, without reducingthe Boursin. Spouse said it was fine - he'd probably prefer it with ground beef. Simple meal with good flavor. But one can never have too much garlic.
