Beyond delicious! The instructions are not consistent with the ingredients. What I did was I did the first six ingredients mixed together, then did the remainder of the ingredients minus the water as a coating on the egg rolls. I took the empty egg roll and ran it through water in a bowl quickly so that it didn't get too wet and then rolled up the egg roll and dipped it in the batter to get the coating on it. I did this in the air fryer at 400 f for 15 minutes one side and about 7 minutes for the other side.
Fun fact: the baby like this and my husband did too and said it tasted like a calzone to him
