PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add onions to pan. Cook for 5 minutes then add broth, spices, and Worcestershire sauce and stir well. Cook for 5 more minutes, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for 10 minutes more. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.

Whisk sour cream into onions then stir in half the cheese. Place cauliflower into a greased 9”x13” baking dish and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is beginning to brown around the edges. If top browns too early cover with foil part way through cooking.
