This was a superrr nice strawberry shortcake recipe! Wasn’t too difficult though I would say you need a little bit of culinary experience, however I’m a teenager and could make it all alone soo
The whole process like meringue and the folding was easy enough, and the texture of this cake was quite satisfactory, and has a pleasant egg smell and taste to it. I halved the syrup and it was still fine and I also would recommend putting lemon juice/gelatine in the whipped cream for better stability.
