turned out okay. easy and fast. made it in the steam basket of my rice cooker. very easy to overcook, even slightly, which i did (bottom right). sauce was fine, needs some alterations, but it's good base to do your own thing. obviously had it with a bunch of other stuff and it was good enough. would make again but try my own spin.
