This will be a new favorite in our house. It was easy to make and most of the ingredients are those that we typically have on hand, or a variation of them. I had some fresh pablano peppers and fresh Jalapeños, so I used those for the chilies. I had a salsa Verde and used that instead of red salsa. I served it with lime & cilantro rice and it was delicious!
I did cut my chicken in half (thickness), so it would cook faster, then set my oven to 375 for 35 min the chicken was still pink when I checked it, so I turned it up to 400, then went another 15mins.
