I made mine as an apricot crumble cake and used biscuits crushed up instead of oats for the crumble part. Turned out great. Definitely was longer in the oven then 30-40 minutes I think I had it in the oven for about an hour or even 1.15 hours . I don’t know if that was just my oven setting though.
