I added everything bagel seasoning. I had gotten two kinds at Aldi: jalapeño and Asiago cheese. When I was done forming the bagels I used an egg wash, added seasonings, jalapeños to the jalapeño bagels, and sprinkled both with cheese. I baked for 20 minutes as suggested. The biggest change for me was that I tripled the recipe and it only made 15 bagels. I made some pretty thick bagels, but they were pretty normal size from the store. I used cup4cup flour and had extra flour down on my cutting board when I was forming the bagels because they were still sticky.
