Gorgeous recipe!!
I doubled the recipe and used:
-2 x14oz extra firm tofu
-doubled all spices
-tripled turmeric
-added 1tsp of ground coriander
-used agave
-used sriracha
-used total one cup of water with veg better than bouillon
-grated 8 garlic cloves
Served with veg samosa and homemade mint chutney alongside a red cabbage slaw and fermented watermelon rind pickles. Served 5 people generously, with multiple helpings and still had leftovers. So flavorful and I preferred the tofu to the paneer!
