We loved this. I didn't make any alterations to the recipe this time. I plan to add some kale next time. Tiny bit spicy but completely manageable even for kids, not too much coconut flavor. Moist, delicious. Full of flavor and easy. If you cut the chicken ahead of time and put it in a bag with the seasoning, and cut up the sausage... Then the whole dinner takes just a few minutes and is very low maintenance.
