I made this for a bbq, and it was a winner with everyone 😁. But I did make adjustments to my taste.
I mixed the sauce separately from the veg and pasta first and tasted it before putting everything together. I ended up adding double the smoked paprika, a tsp of sweet paprika and just over a tbsp of honey. The honey was to counteract the heavy vinegar taste that I think came from the mustard I used.
