Liked this a lot but my vanilla pudding wouldn't set well despite using 2 cups of milk rather than 3 as the recipe suggests. I used extra creamy oat milk so that could be why, although I had no problems with the chocolate pudding. Next time I would blitz the pecans in a food processor rather than chopping them. I would also decrease the pudding to the smaller jello size and use an 8x8 pan as I think this would benefit from the cheesecake later being thicker.
