Tasted really good. I was worried about the spice. It was still noticable but not so spicy that I couldnt enjoy the dish. Didn't have a deep fryer so we used an air fyer instead. It came out a lighter colour without the oil but was just as tasty.
On taste alone I would probably have it once a week. But the effort it took to make bumps it into a once a month dish. As someone who is slow to prepare and cook meals it took an hour to make.
