We loved it. Not as sweet as the original version (which in my opinion made it way more edible and enjoyable.. still plenty sweet!). I put some coconut oil & seasonings in my "crust". I used my food processor for the potato base, and then also used it for the crust. I dumped a whole bag of pecans in it to crush them into tiny pieces, and then added the same spices in, and coconut oil (melted) last to help it all hold together. Tasted buttery and delicious. Will be a Thanksgiving staple from now on.
