This cake was remarkably good. I made it exactly as the recipe was written. Now I can see many ways to put a tastier spin on it. Adding pumpkin spices, nuts, chocolate chips, a banana, or even make it a pineapple upside down cake. It’s ridiculously simple and easy to make so there’s so many ways to change it up.
