I loosely followed this recipe. The first time, like in the picture, I added 2 chicken thighs. The second time, I added shrimp, too. If you add shrimp, pre season and then add it after the dish is done. I then cover the pot again and let the shrimp sit and cook in the broth for 5-8 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp. Soooo good.
