Lovely recipe, I've added some parmesan on top for some more cheesy taste and like some people suggested garlic in the ricotta base. We had it served basically straight from the oven and the only issue I would say was the ricotta was a little bit runny, would prefer it to be a bit more firm

Might possibly be less runny if it cools slightly?
