Incredible. It's a favourite lunch/snack. Great to serve company or bring to a family gathering if you leave the tomatoes off the toast until you get there. Don't forget to remove the seeds from the roma tomatoes so they don't juice everywhere! Rubbing garlic on each toast is what elevates the flavour.
