Second time making this, absolute weeknight winner. I will admit I bought tostadas instead of taking the time to make them, but the meal is still very low sodium. We like to take all the toppings and mix them into a slaw (cabbage, honey, jicama) and we buy pre-shredded cabbage to make it easy. Works well with mango or pineapple, and we add about 2 Tbsp of mayo to bring the slaw together. Super quick, very tasty, will continue to make.
