This is SUCH a great recipe! The bread was super moist and the crust was super crispy. I was so impressed. It was a wonderful flavor and a slight sweetness from the honey that is great. So easy with not having to knead or prove it. Will be a go-to from now on. Better than any I have bought at the store.
I used bobs red mill baking flour, and then added 1tbsp xanthan gum, 1 tsp of baking powder, and I used sesame seeds and minced onion for the topping along with a little butter like the recipe recommends.
