I’m curious to know how well this freezes. I love this recipe but it’s only me and my husband so instead of finding ways to enjoy this focaccia all week until it’s all finished I’d love to know if I could freeze it for another meal perhaps next month. Any thoughts?

Focaccia freezes very well. Best to freeze while it is still fresh, just after it’s cooled. Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil (to prevent freezer burn), shove in freezer, forget.
