Good but I feel like it needs a seasoning. Maybe a couple of bay leaves or parsley, not sure, but something. I kept the potatoe peels on and used 16oz of packaged cubed ham instead of the called for 1.5 cups. I also used finely shredded Colby jack cheese as a garnish but thought it could use some scallions and bacon as a garnish if you got it. But tastes good without it.
