Added about 2-3 tablespoons of honey and a dash of vanilla to the milk as it warmed; slightly increased the sugar as well. One cup of milk made the dough a little too sticky in my opinion, so I added a bit more flour until the dough cleared my standing mixer. Let rise as instructed then formed two taut rounds of bread and baked. Turned out super delicious.
This was gone in less than twelve hours, and I'm making more today.
