Beautiful chocolate cake! Lovely rich ganache too. I made 3x 7" cakes with this mixture. And increased the amount of ganache. 300g chocolate 300mls cream, too much leftover so I'd try 250 of each next time. Really runny mix but made a lovely moist sponge
