This is delicious fresh out of the oven! Unfortunately, the leftovers weren't quite as good. The tortillas turned to mush, affecting the overall texture of the dish (for me). I will definitely make it again, but I may actually try lasagna noodles instead. Our family pretty much lives on leftovers, so I'll have to find a way to make it taste just as good the next day as it does fresh from the oven.
