Only thing I changed was to cut back on the cream cheese about a third and added bread crumbs to give a little texture to the filling. Other than that very tasty recipe.

I thought bread crumbs, but didn't have any. I DID use this same recipe with Italian panko breadcrumbs in stuffed jalapenos though. It was really good.

Hi Mike. Good idea! The added texture is a great idea so I'm tempted to work that in. Can I ask how much breadcrumbs you used?

Hmm. Been a while but I think it was about a cup of bread crumbs.
