I use 1 ramen cake (gluten free from Lotus Foods), and combine it with half a bag (~8 oz) frozen stir fry veggies and protein (eggs or tofu). I cook protein & veggies in 1T of sesame oil and the spices, then pour the rest of the sauce over the whole bowl of noodles and veg. I leave out maple syrup as coconut aminos are plenty sweet for me.
