This was pretty good. I used sour cream instead of creme freche. If I were to change anything, I would make the eggs how I normally do instead - with cottage cheese, some butter, and a bit more salt. Overall it was tasty! Served with crusty bread. Agree with the recipe, would go great with a lemony arugula salad.
