Excellent! Made for Peter’s 30th birthday. Made two 9” and six cupcakes. The cake batter taste like Hawaii. Cream cheese frosting is fantastic. Baked for less time than recipe called for. 15 minutes I think. I vitamixed the coconut to make pieces smaller. Also put coconut in between layers when frosting.
