This is the very best Keto granola I’ve ever had and I have tested many recipes. I followed all of the dry ingredients. I altered wet ingredients to 1 1/2 times because I enjoy the extra crunch and crispy chunks you get. My measurements are… 1/3 cup coconut oil. 1/3 cup almond butter. 3/4 cup monk fruit sweetener. And 3 tsp vanilla. Follow dry and wet ingredients prep and cooking instructions described in original recipe. Hope you love it as much as our family does!
