Used partially monk fruit
Top was burnt but middle not fully cooked, placed a tray at the top rack to stop it from burning further
Tried toasting pistachio first for 10m by burnt it - tried 2nd time at around half the time
Forgot salt when making pistachio paste
Result:
Layer is very thin
Very difficult to apply whip cream equally
Pistachio taste not very strong but overall taste good.
