So tasty! I didn't have enough added in 1 sweet potato (I did a portion for 9). Didn't have subdried tomatoes to roasted cherry tomatoes in the oven with oil and garlic for 20 mins. So yummy! Also I used vegi Greek style pieces instead of chicken.
