Missed the whole no whey part but turned out fine imo! I’m terrible at following recipes so I’m sure my proportions were completely off but I just used the listed ingredients (used honey and almond butter as substitutes) and it turned out great. I think it was the protein powder I was using (it has a thickener) or maybe my proportions but it came out with a very elastic caramel texture (in a good way). Trying it with some cocoa powder mixed in for a double chocolate flavor. I also have some vegan chocolate protein powder I want to try as well. Cool idea overall!
