Love this frosting!!! I used Hershey's white chocolate pudding for the base. It's sweet, but not cloyingly sweet like buttercream. It pipes great, too! The only drawback is that I'm not sure how long it would be safe to keep a frosted dessert out of the fridge because the frosting is made with heavy whipping cream. I've read that a few hours is okay, but I played it safe and kept the cupcakes in the fridge until it was time to eat them.
