I am always looking for refreshing alternatives to the soda craze we have in the house and found this recipe.
I should have looked up the strawberry measurements before starting to make it and did not, so I just winged it. I also peeled the lemons and threw them whole after taking any seeds out. I strained the pulp as well, like directions suggested, and saved it for some strawberry muffins I will be making in a day or two.
Everyone seemed to love it. However, next time, I think I will make 2 different batches as some in the house, like more sugar than others in it, and I find too much sugar takes away the tart taste of lemons.
