Turned out pretty good, though some parts were not quite cooked all the way through. I only cooked it for the lowest time on the recipe, and probably should have cooked it a bit more. I did test it with a toothpick, but it's hard to tell if it's "clean" with the sugar mixture in the middle layer. I got raving reviews from the function I took it to, though 😄
