A super simple & healthy dessert. It developed is flavor a bit more chilling in the fridge, so I definitely recommend giving it a little time. I made 3 versions - one plain, one with cherries, & one with some orange zest & juice (I cut back on the sugar since oj contains a fair bit). The original was a little bland, but I really liked the orange one. I may increase the cocoa powder on that version to really get the play between orange & chocolate. I've got a ton of lemon verbena growing right now... this might be my next variation!
