This is delicious, but after making it the second time I have some suggestions (because it was much better when I did these things). First, I halved the number of lentils. 2 cups is way too much. Second, I cooked them separately, on the stove. I find that the instant pot/slow cooker makes them way too mushy. Cut the chicken broth back to 1 cup. A bit less salsa verde as well. And it was absolutely scrumptious.
