Man this was good! Thanks to my fellow Whiskers for the tips! I did cook my jalapeños in butter for about 10 min, I used only 6 oz of cream cheese and I left some seeds in my pieces of jalapeños. I cut mine very small, as my mom has trouble chewing. Also, I put the rice on top of the chicken, (I always use chicken already cooked from the bags) then the sauce, then the rest. Absolutely will make again! Thanks all, for the tips.
