I tried it yesterday with AP flour... very dry... So I bought Bob Mills flour and made it again today... It's soft, well cooked on the bottom and springy on top...I have pizza on Fridays... it's gonna be Focaccia from now on!!! Thank you very much for the easy recipe!!! 🥰🥰🥰
